But, for your pb, you can try to access the server from the other computer with a browser like firefox, chrome or others:
HTTP://ip_of_the_dolibarr_server (something like 192.168.0.xxx ?)

Il you don't know the ip adress of the server, try "ipconfig" on windows or "ifconfig" on a linux config.
